Our Bed and Breakfast  is located in a complex of buildings of historical interest dating back to 1700. It consists of two buildings: the main one is the “tower”, while the second one (ground floor) was originally used as store and warehouse. An historical and luxury garden surrounds the main building which is connected to the B&B by a courtyard.  The garden is available for guests who can enjoy moments of relax in it, thanks to peace and silence provided by rich vegetation.
Our B&B is near the old town centre of Modica which is easily reachable in a few minutes. The S.S. 115  allows to reach the main towns of the area and the sea and the city of Pozzallo in particular, from where you can reach by catamaran the Isle of Malta, also for one-day visit. You can also easily reach the archaeological site of “Cava d’Ispica” (about 5 km. far) and the “Catania/Siracusa/Gela motorway that allows to reach the historical towns of Noto and Siracusa.
The B&B has 4 rooms with independent access from the courtyard and two bathrooms with shower for a total of 8 beds. The rooms are air-conditioned and are also connected internally by two lobbies; the inner planimetric distribution of rooms allows a flexible use of the structure, suitable to the needs of guests who have the possibility of parking in the courtyard and in a garage. Breakfast is included in the price, the structure is smoke/friendly  and you can return at any hour in the night. Hospitality for pets is available by agreement with the holder. We do not accept credit cards.
